Inc., Colorado Springs, Co., secured the Charlie and the

Chocolate Factory license. Merchandise will include Willy

Wonka’s own top hat, as well as Willy Wonka goggles and an Oompa Loompa

wig.

MGM Consumer Products and Interactive, Los

Angeles, signed a representation agreement with Canadian-based entertainment

and licensing company, Cookie Jar Entertainment Company,

Inc.Cookie Jar will be the agent for Pink Panther licensing

initiatives in Canada.

AC Milan appointed Warner Bros. Consumer

Products, Burbank, Calif., as its exclusive licensing representative.

The agreement sets the stage for AC Milan to work with various divisions within

Warner Bros. Entertainment and Time Warner on marketing and promotional

opportunities.

Bradford Licensing Associates, Upper Montclair,

N.J., the exclusive U.S. licensing agent for Pez Candy,

Inc., is expanding its licensing program. Lincoln West

Studio will be manufacturing and distributing consumer electronic MP3

players with the PEZ Candy brand. Product is expected out in the market by

September 2005.
