By Staff -- Playthings, 8/1/2005

Raven Moon Entertainment re-signed the Hamlin Marketing Group to represent the brand to licensees on a long-term basis. Raven Moon Entertainment has a client list that includes Kmart, Sears, Starbucks, the WB, Mattel, Viacom, Zenith, and Wrangler Jeans, among others.

Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment partnered with tech-whiz John Boucard and his invention studio Infinite Machines, LLC to introduce a new line of high-tech gizmos and toys that target tweens, collectors, comic book fans and gaming fanatics.

Jada Toys debuted its children's vehicle line Chub City. Debuting in July at ComicCon in San Diego, Chub City's hip, multiethnic residents have a slew of cool personalities, tricked-out rides, a storyline delivered in webisodes and a comic book.

Jakks Pacific signed a multi-year, toy licensing agreement for the Emmy-nominated children's educational TV series, Hi-5, with the creators of the series, Kids Like Us, through their agency representative, Partners2Media.

The license now gives JAKKS Pacific the rights to produce a variety of products, including soft dolls, youth electronics and instruments, art activity kits and Plug It In & Play TV Games.
