Find everything you've ever wanted to know about the 20th Century and pop culture in Abba to Zoom from Andrews McMeel Publishing, Kansas City, Mo. In Abba to Zoom customers will get a little nostalgic looking up references like Astro the Dog from the 1960s cartoon, The Jetsons, Howdy Doody and Miami Vice—all in this encyclopedia-like book of pop culture. While the 536-page book does not include photos, the descriptions are plentiful.
Also on the 20th Century kick is the new Trivideo DVD game from Snap TV, Santa Monica, Calif. In 20th Century Trivia Game, players can watch clips from major moments in 20th Century history or test their knowledge of an era past.
The fast play DVD game includes six-question categories and on-screen pinball scoring as well as thousands of clips to watch in between plays. Players can choose from topics science, sports, arts (i.e. name the first James Bond film in 1962), pop life (i.e. name the London Street that was a mod fashion center in the 1960s), world and a wild card category.
