EASTON, Pa.—Crayola has promoted Peter Ruggiero to vice president of global operations.
Formerly the company’s director of global finance, Ruggiero will oversee more than 500 employees in the company’s operations division, home to Crayola’s manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, distribution, production planning and engineering activities. The promotion also has elevated Ruggiero to membership in Crayola’s Leadership Council.
Ruggiero joined Crayola in 1997 as manager of operations cost accounting. From 2001 to 2004, he was managing director of the company’s British operations in Bedford, England, then for all of Europe.
