February 20, 2008–Two entertainment industry vets are being honored with the Otis Creative Vision Award this year.

Citing creativity as "the sustaining force of the 21st century," Samuel Hoi, president of Los Angeles-based Otis College of Art and Design announced that Anne Globe, DreamWorks Animation and Brad Globe, Warner Bros. Consumer Products would be recipients of the annual award.

”The Creative Vision Award is given to individuals and companies whose creative and entrepreneurial vision has captured the spirit of the times and set a benchmark for the future,” Hoi said,  “Anne and Brad Globe have established themselves as two of the foremost entertainment marketing, licensing and merchandising executives in the film industry,” he added.

Both have worked on properties that spawned myriad toys and electronic playthings that crossed several age ages.

Anne Globe heads Worldwide Marketing and Consumer Products for DreamWorks Animation. Since joining DreamWorks in 1996, she has established and implemented all merchandising and promotional campaigns for DreamWorks' event films, including Shrek, which won the first-ever Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2002. She also worked on last year's childrens' animated films Shrek the Third and The Bee
