R&R adds 'Igor' games

TAMPA, Fla.—R&R Games is releasing two games based on Exodus Film Group’s animated feature Igor, which opens in theaters this weekend.
Igor: The Monster Making Game is a fast-paced custom-dice game about building monsters while trying not to leave unfinished projects on the table where other mad scientists could steal your work. It was created by award-winning game designer Reiner Knizia.
Igor: The Life of the Party is a party card game in which rules come and go, and breaking them is the norm.
“We were thrilled to be approached to publish items for Igor,” said Frank DiLorenzo, president of R&R Games. “The storyline and the characters in the film are so much fun that the game concepts just kept brewing. We combined all of the best brainstorms and brought two great new games to life.”
Igor is a “playfully irreverent” comedy that brings a new twist to the classic monster movie genre. Its hunch-backed star dreams of becoming a mad scientist and winning the annual Evil Science Fair.
