Toys 'R' Us touts doorbuster weekend

WAYNE, N.J.—Toys “R” Us today begins two days of doorbuster sales.
This weekend’s “2-day Sale” at Toys ‘R’ Us stores includes double-digit savings on entire assortments of several major brands as well as sale prices of up to 60 percent off on individual items.
Doorbusters offered from 3 to 10 p.m. today and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. include 50 percent off of Learning Curve’s Battle Wheel Warriors, Fisher-Price’s Chicken Dancers, Little Tikes’ Cook ‘n Learn Kitchen, Wild Planet’s Purse Pals, select Nintendo Wii video games and select Hasbro preschool games, among others.
All-day sales through Saturday, Nov. 8, include 50 percent off Cinderella Dance ‘n Doodle from Spin Master and Techno Source’s Rubik’s Revolution; 40 percent off all preschool ride-ons; and 25 percent off all Lego Racers, Lego Ville and Belville sets; Erector sets, Skeleflex toys, Maclaren doll strollers, and Russ Berrie’s Shining Stars plush, among others.
Additionally, the retailer will offer customers a free $10 Glimmering Disney Fairies Gift Card with any Disney Fairies purchase of $40 or more and a free Fashion Pack ($9.98 value) with the purchase of any Cabbage Patch Kids 25th Anniversary Doll from Play Along.
