F.A.B./Starpoint adds three properties

By Staff -- Playthings, 11/5/2009 1:47:00 PM

NEW YORK—Tween and teen accessories maker F.A.B./Starpoint has inked new licensing deals for products based on Sanrio’s Keroppi, Disney’s Alice in Wonderland and Art Impressions’ Skelanimals.

For Sanrio’s Keroppi, the company has begun offering bags and gifts at Target and Hot Topic in advance of a wider retail push in spring 2010 that will see tweens and juniors fashion and home products based on the frog-focused property.

For Tim Burton’s feature film version of Alice in Wonderland, F.A/B/Starpoint is rolling out a juniors-focused selection of gifts and stationery items at select specialty retailers this holiday season, followed by a fuller distribution plan in spring 2010 timed to the movie’s release.

For Art Impressions’ Skelanimals universe of dearly departed animals, F.A.B./Starpoint will offer gift items, bags and stationery at mid-tier and specialty retailers in 2010, following up on the release of debut products this fall at Target and Toys R Us.
