In response to: Composite testing and the CPSIA MillerMac commented: Cole - Unless published in the Federal Register, nearly all CPSC documents say "*This document was prepared by CPSC staff, not been reviewed or approved by, and may not necessarily reflect the views of, the Commission." The fact that the CPSC published this test method gives insight into how they intend to enforce it. In most cases, this is the most guidance we can hope to receive from the CPSC.
